We aim to achieve our objectives with the help of 6 priority focus areas identified by the Management of Al-Najat Charity which are education, awareness, development, social, healthcare, and refugee. We identified our 6 priority focus areas through consultation with our internal stakeholders. All these areas of social projects encompass holistic and sustainable growth and meet development goals for the country. These priority focus areas were established based on an intensive assessment of the needs of the various communities within which we operate and our stakeholders, in addition to our vision, mission, and values. Every organization needs to focus on its priorities to achieve targets/goals. Our strategic priorities have helped us move forward with very clear directions and allocated budgets, where needed. We believe that prioritizing social projects/programs offers a greater opportunity to succeed, in addition to addressing organizational values, irrespective of geographic boundaries. By prioritizing our focus areas, we have been able to improve the maturity level of the Charity toward transparent and efficient performance. These strategic priorities have enabled Al-Najat Charity to focus on and direct projects, as well as funds, to the identified stakeholder target groups. Through them, we have been able to maximize the outputs, outcomes, and impacts of all the various social projects implemented and executed by us in the communities within which we operate. As a charitable organization, we execute projects, activities, and campaigns covering the 6 priority focus areas through our many collaborations and partnerships with governments, committees, NGOs, volunteers, donors, and so forth. We will continue to strengthen our social work and humanitarian support globally, leading the way in enriching humanity values.
